Imagine there was a DJ who could reliably get a group of people to dance wildly for several hours on a Sunday morning with no drugs or alcohol. Each 5 Rhythms class has instructors who play music, while giving loose guidance and providing space for the dancers to move however they want. It has musical intensities which gradually build and settle down in a manner that the body recognizes, and can easily incorporate. The following descriptions are my own personal experience of how the journey feels and why each step felt like it was very applicable to my own work: djing for an audience. This section is much like the opening of your day as things are starting to get going including waking up. Slow, soft rhythms that gently move invite a dancer to being and move their bodies in a gentle way.

Pretty well any piece of music will fit into the 5Rhythms somewhere, but of course some pieces fit a lot better than others. You want that for Staccato. What Is 5 Rhythms?
It can be a rich and rewarding experience to dance a 5Rhythms wave without any music, just the sound of you breath and your feet! At most classes though you will find teachers using music to inspire the dance. Teachers also invariably spend huge amounts of time finding and listening to music, much money buying the music and then testing it out on the dance floor. Gabrielle Roth has created music especially for the 5Rhythms. Here are a few recommended suggestions available through amazon.

Yes, do sever the relationship. He sealed my husband and I on our wedding day. And as much as I love my boyfriend with my whole heart, I can see now that sadly maybe I might have to reconsider a life married to him. Single women who are educated, regardless of religion, are also going to find similar gender imbalances among their educated peers nowadays.
